Structural Integration
This is a 3 session (1.5 hrs per session) programme that redistributes connective tissue that has been shifting since the day we were born. It really helps to improve posture where there is imbalance. It is more popular among athletes where posture is important such as horse riders and cyclists.

These are before and after pictures from 3 sessions. Look at the gap between the torso and arms and how before, it was a lot smaller on the right than the left. The client was leaning to the right and the right shoulder blade was protracted (further forward).

Look at the midline before. The client is rotated away from the camera, to his left and his centre of gravity is too far forward. After, the midline runs through ankle, knee, elbow, shoulder and ear.
Strength balance ratio
STRENGTH RATIO IMBALANCE IS THE BIGGEST PREDICTOR OF INJURY.
Ever been to a therapist or PT and have been told a “muscle is too weak? Perhaps your hamstrings? That you need to strengthen your rotator cuff (shoulder muscles)”?
Well you may well need to do so but by how much? What should the ratio be between the thigh muscles and the hamstrings to stabilise the knee joint? What should the ratio be between external and internal rotation of the shoulder to stay pain free?
Nb Clinical & Sports uses a force meter to analyse strength ratios and provides personalised programmes to help get and keep you pain free.
